I think I suffered a short case of sleep paralysis last night. The episode was preceded by a pretty weird, yet minimalist, dream. I was in a dark room having a conversation with Katrianna. My eyes had adjusted to the lack of light so I could barely notice the details on everything in the room except Katie. Her form was very clear, but her face was totally obscure by the darkness. I tried to talk to her but she didn’t answer. She just sat in a chair and ignored me. The meaning of this dream totally eludes me. Afterwards, I found myself laying in bed with my labtop on. Coast to Coast AM, which I was listening to before falling asleep, was still on. I managed to close the room’s door telepathically. And then I couldn’t move. I had the energy to try to move my arms and legs but I just couldn’t. I tried with all my might to call out for Katrianna but no noise came out of my lips. I woke up in a very distressed state. I had to turn on the lights to calm my self down. I felt like jotting this down before forgetting all about it. I’m not even going to try to interpret any of this, I’m sure I’m just going to end up confusing myself more.
