The Event
The Event looks a lot like it’s about alien disclosure. It would surprising me if they explored the interdimensional theories from the 60s and 70s.
Whatever the case may be, it holds my interest for now.

Today I woke up up in my new apartment.
Atlanta, Georgia became my new home city today. My job hunt brought me here. Now I find myself in a big city with no friends and nothing to do other than an apparently endless job search.
Any ideas?

Mulholland Dr.
The Brave One
Stalker
Tears of the Sun
Urban Gothic (13 episode tv show)
Little Green Fingers
This is a curious story I heard in Coast to Coast AM a few minutes ago.
A college student called in to say that she saw a group of military men unloading black body bags from trucks. She swears that the bags were trembling and long green fingers were poking out of them.
I couldn’t make out where this happen or how she stumbled into such a sight. Something about this story spooked me the...

btw, what's a grognard? Where does the term come from? What does one have to do to be a "grognard"? I've seen that term in a shitload of blogs.

A parallel blog in a parralel dimension.
I’ve been thinking about starting another blog hosted by the blogger website. Let me warn you: it’s gonna be a geek blog. I’ve spent most of my spare time reading up on Role Playing Games ( mostly Call of Cthulhu) and I really want to be active in the hobby once again. Tumblr doesn’t seem like the place to write about research, planning, and writing roleplaying scenarios....

Long time no see, I guess.
I’ve been out of it for some days now. Nothing too spectacular: no drug or alcohol binges or degenerate ordeals. I have just stayed in my apartment listening to the radio a whole lot and sporadically reading some books I ordered. Funny thing is I should be working on some stuff for Osprey TV. I’m one of the stations Senior Producers, you know; It’s my...

An Innsmouth-look fetish
I’m halfway through re-reading H.P. Lovecraft’s “Shadows over Innsmouth” novella. “Shadows” is about a man who travels to a New England town called Innsmouth in to appease his antiquarian fancies, but uncovers eldritch horrors that drive him to the point of insanity. I’m smack in the middle of some Lovecraftian mania. I’m re-discovering all of his...

Sleep Paralysis
I think I suffered a short case of sleep paralysis last night. The episode was preceded by a pretty weird, yet minimalist, dream. I was in a dark room having a conversation with Katrianna. My eyes had adjusted to the lack of light so I could barely notice the details on everything in the room except Katie. Her form was very clear, but her face was totally obscure by the darkness. I tried to talk...

So... I may be going back to school.
Yesterday I was talking to my mother about the possibility of going back to school to get a Masters degree. She had suggested it a few months back before I had finished my bachelors degree. The idea of returning to school is down-right sickening to a 7 year college student, but its becoming pretty damn clear that that’s what a communications mayor has to do in order to survive this...

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is like a gizillion...
CoD4’s level design and setting makes of a more intense experience than it’s World War II follow-up.
On another note, today I renew my job search. This is the first time I’ve had to sit down and think about what I’ll do with the rest of my life. I acquired a bachelors degree in Communications, but I don’t really want to work in the communications field. That gives...

Too thick headed to pay attention to my dreams.
I woke up with all the lights in my room on. I had another dream about demons and exorcisms again. This time around I was talking with a woman claiming to be possessed by various inhuman spirits. Her voice changed various times during our conversation. Unluckily, her words elude me.
A week or so ago I dreamed that I was being exorcised. The demon, which looked like Pazuzu from the Exorcist with a...

My evil Book Journal

Thoughts while on the road...
The drive from Atlanta to Waycross is approximately 4 and a half hours. My mother and I spent most of this week visiting my brother, who goes to Emory University. I wrote my first blog post sitting in my brothers couch. There’s not much to do at my brother’s; the internet connection sucks ass and he spends most of his day locked up in his room studying for a “determine the rest...

Apocalypse Please, Muse
So were 3 years away from the end of the Mayan calendar. Bad Omens seem to be everywhere: from the continious stream of bad news pouring out of the six o’clock newscasts to the collective “weird feeling about this” that everybody seems to have. I have say that 2008...
